My dear Fred Birch
Thanks for your very nice letter. Do not trouble about the photo of a moraine unless one comes in your way, as my book is now in the printers hand & it will be no use till a 2nd Edition.
Do not trouble to write out any detailed account of your tour for me, but you can send me any portion [2] [MS burned]2 that you think [MS burned] interest me, & I will return it.
I have not found a new house yet, & have been rather unwell but am getting better now.
Excuse brevity as I am busy.
Yours very sincerely | Alfred R.Wallace [signature]
