Dear Sir
My letter to you was written without any thought of publication, and I fear is not sufficiently well expressed for that purpose. If however you think it sufficiently clear I have no objection to you printing it, and making any remakrs on it you think fit. Read M de Laveleye art. in Fortnightly Rev. with real interest and I am now reading his Socialique [1 word illeg.], in which I found all [1 word illeg.] refutation of Marx whose teachings are now much spreading in England. Thanks for the number of " La philosophie de l'avecun".
