Dear Sir

Thanks for copy of "Phil. de l'Aveuir" with your article in reply to me. As we agree on so many points it is not worth while to dispute further. Theoretically, I admit that you may be right in most of what you advance, — except in your new definition of Capital and excluding all "propiete fouciere", even fixed steam-engines, [1 word illeg.], iron-furances &c. &c. That seems to me, as I am sure it will to all your English readers a most confusing and useless [1 word illeg.]. Some of your statements and to land being almost the creation of man I also quite dissent from, but I have much to do in advocating our Land Nationalisation schemes to go into these questions. I very much wish to get your books translated into English but have not yet succeeded in finding any one to undertake the work, but still hope I may. Yours very faithfully
