Dear Miss Garnett
Thanks for the letters. The names of place will do very well indeed as you have without them, because I can these easily correct them when wrong. There you mention are Paeimoni, Pimichin, and Cunucanuma, as Spenser spells them. The botanical names & terms I will also correct. I only wish them to be written quite clearly as you understand them, (as you are now doing), as then the alteration of one or two letters is usually sufficient [2] I am in no hurry at all for more letters, as I have enough work at the notes & journals, for a month or two at least.
I find these last letters very interesting — but of course that is partly owing to my knowing the country & being so intimate with the writer.
I have a lot of other letters pace to a private friend, written with perfect freedom & full of interesting matterand I hope to get I more to another friend.
But the incorporating of these letters with the notes & journals [3] so as to avoid repetitions & eliminating all too trivial matter will be a difficult task.
Yours very truly
