Dear Miss Garnett
The remaining letters duly recieved. I have much pleasure in enclosing cheque for £6.50 and only regret I could not offer a more adequete reccomenndation, but I was expecting a Royal Society Grant sufficient to cover the cost of copying all the journals as well as the letters, £20 — would have sufficed, but they have only granted £10!
Yours very truly
