Please excuse me not answering your kind letter before, but it reached me first as I was beggining [?] lecture & I have heard many [?] about even twice & overlooked it.
I shall give nothing for my lectures but [1 word. illeg.] & [1 word illeg.] which I have ready, & the lecture illustration [2] will be ammended on [1 word illeg.] to my subject. Neither will any specimens be of use, unless we could have the whole Museum in the lecture room.
