Broadstone, Wimborne

May 31st. 1904

My dear Will1

I send you a little book about the Premium Bonds which explains the whole thing very clearly, & shows how they benefit the issues of the Bonds as well as the holders. If you write to the people & they send you another return this to me. Anyhow keep it till you come in July. The firm are simply Brokers & Jobbers in these kinds of Bonds, & get paid [2] in the usual way by the difference between buying & selling price. The advantage of buying from them is that they keep you posted as to the drawings. I really do not see why a small investment, in these should not be made as they seem as safe as Consols.

Mr. & Mrs. Casey2,3 called this afternoon. Edward4 is going back to the school at Newbury. Hope you are feeling all right.

Your affectionate Pa | Alfred R. Wallace [signature]
