With reference to your Letter of the 13th instant1, acknowledging the receipt of a printed Report by the Coal Trade Committee2, I beg to know, for the information of Sir J. Graham, whether you have any remarks to make on that Report, which you think it would be advisable to add by way of Appendix to your former Report3.
