Faraday to George Biddell Airy   12 December 1854

Royal Institution | 12 Decr. 1854

My dear Sir

Your note1 was very kind[.] I would not on any account that your family party should fail in one point of the happiness it promises[.] If I had had the least notion of such an event my note should never have come near you[.] Kindest remembrances to Mrs. Airy & those I know of the company.

Ever Yours faithfully | M. Faraday

G.B. Airy Esq | &c &c &c
