Mr Milner Gibson desires me to say that he wishes to consult with you together with Admiral Sulivan of this Board & Capn. Pigot Dept Master of the Trinity Hse respecting Dr Robinsons plan of fog signals2 & he would be glad to know if it would be convenient to you to attend here for the purpose on Tuesday the 12th Inst at 2 o’Clock3[.]
