I have perused the specifications of Reflectors & lamps referred to in your letter of the 27th of last month¹ and see no reason to make any observations thereupon. Comparing them with the patterns they seem to me to be sufficient and as far as I have any right to assume power of judgment in the case I approve of them[.]
