Many thanks for the tables of Palearctic Birds wh[ich]. I hope you did not draw up exclusively for me, as the names & limitations of the genera was all I required. Shall I return it [to] you when done with [it]?

I will not trouble you for Salones[?]" lists, as it would only bother me & it is too late now to make any [2]5 radical alterations. For birds I daresay 6 subregions may be better than 4, — but I do not see in the present state of knowledge how it is possible to work the limits of the Amazonian Brazilian, & Subandean subregions.
