The Maps & appointments of the Hamlet of Lantwit [sic] Lower in the Parish of Lantwit juxta Neath having been confirmed by the Tithe Commissioners, we beg leave to send you annexed the bill for your proportion of the expences [sic] of the same and to inform you that we intend sending round to collect the amount in a week from this time when we trust it will be convenient for you to settle it.
